Filtering and Sorting

I'd like to be able to filter and sort on any (and multiple nested) database parameter combo, to trim and order database hits to a much more customised form.
Can you:
- Set the net table column headers to become sort controls
- Enable user selection of which database items appear in the report table
- Make the above sticky per user
- Create a nested search utility
