Recommendation: only those who created an entry should be able to delete that entry. Delete could mean putting the entry in a Recycle bin so that there is a delay and people have to affirmatively sign in and click yes or type "Delete" into a box to make doubly sure that's what they want to do. 73s

I'm debating how to get this functionality into the application. Broad delete permissions could bring unintended results, but there needs to be some type of process. Perhaps a "request deletion" flag in the app could be a good stop gap.
