Add blanks for URLs for club, repeater, net

Some nets are so long-established that they have their own web pages (though I cannot cite any examples at the moment). If a net is sponsored by a club, there should be an easy way to click on the URL of that club. Ditto the repeater web page; perhaps add a click box to do a quick reference to the Repeaterbook page of that repeater.

At the moment, that information is left up to the user to provide. There are fields for a net's website, and the organization that runs the net. The same is true when adding a repeater associated with a net. The user can add a website dedicated to the repeater if such a website exists.
Perhaps the information can be presented better, but this is a good example of a net with some of those properties: https://netfinder.radio/nets/view/essex-ham-weekly-net-2m
